JOB PURPOSE:
The IT Support maintains the networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company ERP systems & Apps. / Installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
Job Description:
(ERP System)
• Customize Odoo (ERP) modules as per business and functions needs
• Enhance Modules deliverables as per business need
• Support functions initiatives by making sure it's doable/translatable on the system
• Enhance and improve current modules by adding more functionalities
• Maintenance of system, modules, and data
• Manage and maintain ERP software for multiple instances (markets)
• First line support for all the corporate solutions (Odoo System)
• Monitor all the different modules to ensure service availability
• Fix application related issues
• Follow up and supervise all projects implementations
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and internal teams across the group
• Provide first line support to Users by providing analysis and resolution for routine operational application issues
• Provide suitable solutions for any application issue based on the criticality of the issue
• Monitor the company solutions to ensure service continuous availability
• record and track incidents, complaints, or requests. Ensure that problem tickets raised in the right channel are clearly documented and articulated.
• Support deployment of process enhancements by working with business and data collection and training key users on new functionality.
• Provide end-user training for new changes and required optional enhancements
• Add new instances/markets on the platform for new launch markets, and customize as per the market-by-market requirements
• Liaise with external consultants and work together on e-invoicing and similar projects
• Full responsibility for designing commercial and financial reports and dashboards
(
Sales app/interface)
• Manage field force sales application for both front & back-end configuration
• Enhance system deliverables as per business need
• Enhance business controls and risk management through system controls
• Customize and add new instances/markets on the platform for new launch markets
• Ensure smooth end to end integration between ERP and sales app
• Ensure smooth end to end integration between sales app and Warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ensure smooth end to end integration between eCommerce platforms and sales app
• Customize reports to consolidate and preview performance data from the sales app backend
• Customize analytical reports to analyze performance based on set criteria
(Help Desk)
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may extend to the Region)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Training for staff members when needed
Job Requirements
• Odoo Application Experience is Mandatory
• Experience in designing commercial and financial reports is Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree, Computer science is preferred
• 8 + Years Experience in ERP coding and configuration
