Mazen is a remarkable professional with highly diverse experience in various roles across several departments and industries. He has a great in-depth understanding of the Saudi market and how it operates. This is due to his exemplary experience in building and developing brands, channels, distributors, and instituting and leading teams there.

Before joining ANDS, Mazen’s exceptional performance earned him the head of the Commercial & Logistics role at Johnson & Johnson KSA. There he managed Modern, Pharmaceutical, and Traditional trade channels and achieved spectacular double-digit growth over two consecutive years in General Trade and Wholesale Business. He was also awarded two Gold Encore Awards with J&J for his outstanding performance and leadership. 

Mazen excelled in various Business Development, Brand/Trade Marketing, and Sales positions during his time at British American Tobacco & Castrol (BP) by leading ‘best in class’ product launches across GCC, and by developing Route to Market & Business Development strategies for the trade-in KSA.
